Introspection’s Grace

In realms of thought where shadows trace,
Reflection’s art we must embrace,
To understand our present state,
And future paths we navigate.

Our past, a canvas rich and vast,
Of memories and moments passed,
Shapes who we are and what we know,
Through introspection’s steady flow.

We recognise how we have grown,
The strengths and weaknesses we have known,
By looking back on life’s array,
Be kind in your reflective play.

For in our past, the lessons lie,
To heal the wounds, to learn to fly,
To understand our values’ birth,
To grasp the essence of our worth.

In present times, reflection’s power,
A guiding light in every hour,
Helps us make our choices true,
With mindfulness in all we do.

Embrace the change and growth within,
For self-awareness to begin,
And seek the ones who lift you high,
With honest words and trusting sigh.

The future calls us to reflect,
To set our goals with true effect,
Embrace resilience, strong and bold,
To nurture change as it unfolds.

Our vulnerability we must face,
A change to meet with warm embrace,
Forgiving self and others too,
Compassion’s touch, self-love renewed.

For in reflection’s transformative gaze,
We find the pain we must erase,
To learn, to grow, and face the strife,
Create the meaning in our life.

So take the time to pause and see,
Your beauty and your clarity,
To watch your world begin to grow,
As life unfolds from all you know.
